Condition is part of the evaluation
You do not need to complete renovations to submit an inquiry. Tell us about known repairs so we can assess the property realistically. An inspection and further due diligence may be needed before final terms.
A rental property that no longer fits your plans
Please let us know whether leases are in place, whether units are occupied and whether there are known operating issues. Do not upload tenant files or other people’s financial information through the public form.
Thinking about selling and remaining at home?
We are considering a potential purchase followed by a separate residential lease. Qualification, rent and duration would require individual evaluation and legal approval. This concept is not currently available. Explore the sale-and-leaseback concept or read about a possible sale before foreclosure.
