Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro
We consider homes, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and land across the metro. Established neighborhoods and infill sites require different evaluation from newer subdivisions and outlying acreage.
Yukon, Mustang and El Reno
In the western metro, legal access, utilities, municipal boundaries and development feasibility can matter as much as parcel size. For buildings, occupancy and existing leases also inform the review.
Edmond, Norman and Moore
Rental homes, owner-occupied residences, multifamily buildings and business property may warrant a direct purchase conversation. Location alone does not determine price; condition, income, use and title also matter.
Throughout Oklahoma
For property outside the metro, provide the county and the best available location description. We will determine whether the property fits our acquisition objectives before requesting detailed due diligence.
