When purchasing property through West Legacy Investments LLC, Alan West is acting as a purchaser with an ownership interest in the acquiring company and is not acting as the seller’s real estate representative.
Property owners may obtain independent real estate, legal, or other professional representation before entering into a transaction.
A voluntary sale is different from mortgage assistance
West Legacy may consider purchasing qualifying property before foreclosure proceedings are completed. We are a prospective real estate buyer, not a foreclosure prevention, mortgage modification or debt counseling service.
Deadlines continue
Submitting a form, discussing a purchase or transferring ownership does not automatically stop foreclosure or release a borrower from mortgage obligations. We do not guarantee a closing, prevention of eviction, preservation of credit or the ability to remain in the home.
Consider other options promptly
Contact your mortgage servicer about loss mitigation, repayment or other available options. Consider independent Oklahoma legal advice and a HUD-approved housing counselor. A property sale is one possible path, and it may not be the best one for your circumstances.
A possible leaseback requires separate review
Where financially and legally feasible, a purchase followed by a residential lease might be considered. This concept is not currently available. A lease would require agreed rent, duration, legal review and separate documents; no right to stay or repurchase is promised.
